Penis Lengthening and how it is performed

During this procedure, the surgeon will sever the suspensory ligament, which is attached to the pubis bone, and reposition it further down the bone and thereby making the penis appear longer (generally by about 1-2 inches) The procedure is a relatively short one and should last between 1-2 hours. Our surgeons may also recommend pubis liposuction which is where fat in the pubis region is extracted thereby helping the penis appear longer. The procedure is performed either under general anesthesia or spinal anesthesia which is injected into the spine and only numbs the lower body.

Post-op care

• • You should expect some pain and soreness after the surgery but we will provide you with the necessary painkillers to deal with this.
• • The surgical dressings that your penis are covered in will need changing on a regular basis as suggested by your surgeon
• • Once you have arrived back home try to rest as much as possible and try not to over exert yourself.
• • You should massage your penis gently with vaseline each day to prevent the build up of nodules on the shaft and to prevent the penis from becoming lop-sided.
• • Keep the area clean while healing but be careful not to get water onto the area. Instead of having a shower you should have a sponge bath.
• • Do not go swimming or participate in any sports for at least a month.
• • Avoid heavy lifting or any other strenuous activity for around a month post-op.
• • You should not have sexual relations for the first 6 weeks after the operation (sorry gentlemen that also includes masturbation)
• • It can take up to 3-6 months before any results can be seen.
